Perfect Day Beach Beds

We have a cruise in January on the Oasis and This will be our first time at Perfect Day.

We were considering booking a beach bed for the day but unsure which to go for , or even if we should do it at all!

The options left are chill island or breezy Bay- breezy Bay is £100 cheaper. Those of you who have been to the island before , which would you go for and do you think they are worth it / necessary ? Was really just thinking that the sshade and comfort provided would be good.

I think Oasis is the only ship that day , if it makes a difference .

Also if the weather is poor - if its raining for instance- do they offer any refunds on these beds?

Can they be booked and paid for on the day , if there are any available ?

You can wait until you go to Perfect Day, but the pricing is usually less money if you reserve your Beach Bed with cruise planner before you go.

There are many nice areas with free loungers and umbrellas if you don't want to spend extra.

If it rains all day then you would get a refund but if it is a shower for an hour or so then no refund.

I have been to cococay in Jan and the weather is usually low 80s,  Ocean temp can be a bit cool.

Thanks - reply much appreciated.

Not worried about the odd shower - just if it was a total washout then the money would be wasted , but hopefully that would be refunded.

Thank you.

We would likely book in advance - currently only showing 10 beach beds total as available in the cruise planner , and South Beach beds have been sold out long ago.

We had booked jet skis on one of our visits and had choppy waters and didn't feel it was safe for us first timers so we got full refund.
