Confirmation on directions

hey everyone! I am an obsessive planner, and get a great deal of enjoyment out of it! So, I am double checking the mapquest directions that i've obtained for our trip with some locals (hopefully :) ). Where I live, Mapquest tends to be behind on construction changes and doesn't always give the most practical directions. I wonder if someone can tell me how these directions will be. We are renting a car.

 

From FLL to Amerisuites on SE 17th:

Start out going SOUTHWEST on TERMINAL DR.

Hi,:) are you sure your mapquest is correct? I agree with Bequia,

the Fort Lauderdale Airport is very close to Port Everglades and

Amersuites is very close to both places.

If you are going towards WestPalm Beach you will be going in

the wrong direction.

WPB is north of Fort Lauderdale.

Looks like I used the wrong address for Amerisuites. I better check that my reservations are at the right one!

The sign for the entrance to 595/95 from S. Federal Hwy may be missing. I just passed it tonight and didn't notice it.
