Arrival group time vs spa reservation time?

First time cruiser so forgive my confusion... I have a spa appointment pre-booked for 1.15pm on sailaway day. But what if I can't secure an early enough boarding group to make it in time?

 

Can I just show up early anyway and say I've got an appointment to make?
