Enchantment GS worth the $s?

Is it worth the extra $1k to stay in the GS instead of a JS? Traveling with DH and DS who are both quite tall so I think the room might be worth the extra cost. Also are the rooms decorated nicely?

For us, the extra cost of a GS was worth it, but it wasn't $1,000, and ours was a 7 day cruise. We splurged like this, however, because we were sailing from our hometown, so there were no airfares or hotel expenses, or other overnight costs. Just get in the car and on the ship within an hour and a half.

 

The downside is this: How am I ever going to get my kids back into a regular cabin?????? ;)
