LizzGo Posted September 30, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 30, 2022 We’re booked on a Circle Hawaii cruise in Jan where there are eight sea days. I’m wondering about what sort of temperatures to expect on board, especially in the evenings . I’d like to get the packing list organized. Thanks! It will be cold, windy on open decks on the transits - will only become pleasant around the islands. 1
LizzGo Posted September 30, 2022 Author #3 Share Posted September 30, 2022 Thanks! We’re not Sun worshipers so cold is ok, but how cold? Like windbreaker cold, or winter parka cold? Do they make an effort to enclose areas to protect from wind?
highscar Posted September 30, 2022 #4 Share Posted September 30, 2022 @LizzGo I’m also doing the Hawaiian cruise in January. My forth time. Also from Canada. Not cold maybe cool for the first 2 days. Sweater or light jacket for outside.

Also, you will notice that it warms up as you get closer to Hawaii. Bon Voyage. I am envious,
highscar Posted September 30, 2022 #6 Share Posted September 30, 2022 We Canadians are tough. Who cares about weather. We don’t have to take a shovel on board. Lol.

Windbreaker will be enough - they will likely close the cover over the lido pool - Temps will be in the 50's outside without any windchill..
