Is specialty coffee at MDR not free?

I was looking through the MDR menu and noticed that only specialty coffees are listed and they have cost attached to them. 

I haven't been on Carnival for many years, but I always thought all coffee, including specialty coffee like cappuccino and latte were free at MDR?

Is regular coffee available if you ask?

Regular and unleaded coffee is included. Cappuccino and Espresso had a charge added when the machines and coffees were upgraded.

Cappuccino and Espresso used to be included in the MDR.  That went away prior to 2014.  I don't believe there was any upgrade to machines or the quality of the coffee product at that time.  Just an upcharge added (cutback).  The machines were "upgraded" in more recent years, long after the upcharge went into effect.

Any menus from the Miracle - 5 night to Cabo?  I'd love to see it to choose our specialty night.
