sad549s Posted October 9, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 9, 2022 Can anyone tell me if there is a “dining package” on the Horizon ……a certain number of specialty / pay eating options for one set discounted price…..and if so what are the details (what is included and the cost)? Rare 1025cruise Posted October 9, 2022 #2 Share Posted October 9, 2022 I don't believe they are offering this at the minute.

They were offering 2 deals on Panorama class ships after the restart. I was wondering about this recently as to what happened after the last price increase for specialty dining. Haven’t seen any recent posts about the offers and likely discontinued. One offer was Steakhouse and 2 of the other venues $60/pp, savings of $8. Other offer was 3 venues not including steakhouse $38/pp, savings of $7. There were signs advertising the offer in the elevators.

Your best bet on the Horizon is to go to Cucina del Capitano in the evening as well as Jiji's and pay the 15.00 or 18.00 if that's what they are now charging. The tomahawk pork chop at Cucina was one of the better meals that I have had in 24 cruises on Carnival. On embarkation as well as on sea days both venues offer cooked to order noodle and pasta dishes at lunch time similar to Mongolian Wok and the Captains Pasta Bar on other ships in the fleet. The lunch time options are free.
