Request to NCL: Allow the free casino 400 min internet to be traded in for the unlimited package

Right now only the 75/150/300 min free internet from the promo can be traded in for the unlimited internet package.

 

Why not allow the casino 400 min  internet to be traded in as well?

Bonus points if you can combine it with the promo internet minutes for the trade in.

 

Yes, that would probably make the internet trade in to be free.

But on other cruise lines like Celebrity, they already give unlimited free internet for the equivalent high casino tier.

The internet is really important to you.  First 300 minutes and now 400 minutes.  Maybe if you get enough positive responses NCL will change the policy.  Good luck.  I do not understand.  Why not ask NCL the question (and not getting the answer you want) instead of trying to get complaints on CC about the policy.  NCL can do anything it wants at anytime.  It is what it is.

I have the 400 minute CAS internet too.  I'll probably be fine with the 400 plus our 'free' minutes, but it would be nice to know it was unlimited.    We have some 11 & 12 day cruises coming up.
