Upgrade transfer to a shore excursion departure tour

We have a transfer to the airport already paid for. On the transfer slip it says it can be upgraded to a shore excursion departure tour. Is there any way to do this in Cruise Planner, or can this only be done on the ship?

I wouldn't wait till then - call and do this now. Or, if there's a way to cancel the existing transfer online, you could do that and then buy the excursion.
