HAL gift card bonus

Hi!

 

I purchased HAL gift cards to pay for our cruise ($7000) during the 10% extra bonus period and I just received the $7000 in cards but no bonus cards. Has anyone else dealt with this?

If you bought digital cards, an email sending you the bonus card for each gift card should have been received at that time. For each one I bought I got 3 emails. One was the gift card, second was bonus card and third a receipt for payment. I'd call them.

Thanks to you I went back through all my HAL emails and found the bonus $ was in the emails. I was expecting physical gift cards too so thank you!

That is exactly what I got when I purchased mine for an upcoming cruise.

(I just got a gift card from HAL as a refund on a cancelled excursion, BUT it is almost $100 less that what I am due, I guess a phone call is necessary)
