Hal pvp or ta?

I have a good pvp with Hal but she seems to be way over worked. Any contact with her takes at least two days. Is this normal and if so I wonder if a private Ta would be better?any thoughts? Thank you

I have a pretty good TA who I have known for quite a few years.  She can sometimes be a tiny bit slow getting back to me but she is semi retired but I feel her quality of service is worth waiting for.  If it is urgent she is there and if she can’t be she gets another agent on the line with me pronto.   So before you move on from a working relationship ask yourself did the time you wait impact the results
