Chef dinner worth it on Brilliance of the seas ?

We are doing  a 4 nighter on Brilliance and wanted one nice dinner.

What would you recommend Chops or Chefs dinner ( and is it worth it?)

which night should I choose ? Is there one night that we won’t miss out on things

in the main dining room ?

Definitely Chef's dinner over Chops.  However, keep in mind that how much you enjoy Chef's dinner may depend on your table mates on that particular evening.   The last time we did Chef's dinner the evening was ruined by an elderly Pinnacle who apparently thought she was queen of the ship. She simply would not shut up!

We had it on the Oasis in August.  What a waste!  Better to book two dinners in a specialty restaurant.  Food was awful.

Table mates are important. We got it as a bogo, when getting on the ship and it was great. You better like wine, lot of it and great wine as well. We did it several times on the Brilliance, look up the menu to make sure it is OK for you.
