mmtska Posted October 27, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 27, 2022 I was just putzing around on our cruise (not until June) since there was a Halloween sale. I noticed there was another excursion listed for Curacao that had 3 times listed: 8:30a, 11:30a and 1:30p. Ok but our ship isn't due to dock until 11:00a... Are the excursions through Royal? Wouldn't they know what time the ship was arriving? So many questions... lol

Some IT error likely caused the time listing - you can probably find the vendor who Royal uses and contact them for the times.

As for anyone with a 8:30am booking would have had theirs cancelled.
Rare Thisguylikestocruise Posted October 27, 2022 #4 Share Posted October 27, 2022 I noticed this too. Excursions are available when the ship is not in port.

Shore exes are a major source of cruise line income, so eventual quality control will take place. But once upon a time a shore ex is actually right and the ship's itinerary isn't. That's when I recommend checking (googling) "cruise port schedule" for the official docking time.
