You aren’t using a Princess Medallion are you?

It crashes all the time,isn’t technology great.

No  RCI    Royal Caribbean International.

They seem to be all over the shop. If I log into my Celebrity account with the same email I use for the RCI account, the password gets reset and I can't log in to RCI anymore without making a new one (which can be identical to the old - that's how your company ends up like Medicare/Optus). 

Then you have weird things like certain cruises giving you an error when you try to book or even price them.
