When I got my booking I was given three days to pay the $99  deposit (solo)and was told by the MSC rep I had until March  7 to pay the balance which is 75 days or so before the Cruise. 

However, I got an email the day after I made the deposit stating if I didn’t pay the balance within seven days they would cancel my cruise.  I posted on this forum for  advice and the bottom line was PAY and don't call MSC so I did. Would have preferred to wait so the charge would be on my next credit card billing.

I've had the same problem getting any kind of response.  I've submitted the form 3 times.  I called MSC Casino and they said they haven't received the form and can't do anything without it.  I've called the contact number 20 times so far today and just get a busy signal.  I've e mailed every contact I can find but haven't received a single response, not even auto replies.  This has been going on for almost 3 weeks now.  It's pretty frustrating.

Ok email a copy of your reward with the 6 digit redemption code number to mscexistingreservations@msccruisesusa.com.You will be given an SR number by return email.
Call MSC regular phone number and tell them you want to make your booking and give them the SR number that proves you get the 30% off discount or whichever one you selected.  They will check it out. 
I also had asked for the MSC casino concierge, but they transferred me back to the regular rep. it took a while, but this proves you get the 30% off.

The first time I got the 30% off coupon the MSC concierge   called me about three days later. This time I just called the number that was listed on the reward and got the runaround. Good luck. Also I was told you cant use with YC. 

So called the regular MSC number, which is. 877-665-4655. Make sure you requested voyager 5% discount too. Also, go to their website first and select your cruise and do a mock booking so you’ll know there applying the discounts my discounts did not quite match what they said I had to pay but it was close enough.

i am sure you will be able to book 3. The 30% off discount is good for two. You will have to pay a surcharge for the third person but I’m not sure how much. I suggest you get online with MSC and do a mock booking for three for the cruise you want to take so you will get an idea of the gross amount. If you have not heard from MSC I also suggest using the above message that’s how I got my 30% booking to go through right away.  Prices for what I booked have gone up in the last couple weeks glad  I was able to book when I did.

This is disheartening to hear no one seems to be getting answers. (MSC isn't known for strength in communications...)

Submitted the form yesterday, nothing yet.

We head to Vegas Monday.

Guess if I get no response I'll just return in & try when we get back.

Did you check all the myvegas apps.  Pop,Bingo, slots, konami and blackjack. The value rewards accumulate from all 7 apps (other 2 are myvegas facebook and mgm). The 10/20/30 may be offered again. I missed it the first couple times. Keep checking.

I checked 4 apps (I don't have bingo) & online.

Oh my goodness!!  So you emailed a copy of your reward to the existing reservations EMAIL  and got the return email with an SR number? When I got that I just called the regular MSC number to book a cruise and they worked with the SR number to get me set up. It took awhile for the rep to get everything straightened out.  Good luck. WHAT A HASSLE!!!

Wow!!  I was just lucky I guess.  My first 30% off I was able to use on the yacht club and I actually got a call like two or three days after I got my reward and the booking went very smoothly. This last one was a hassle (ref post 32) but I did get the 30% off on a premium Aurea aft wraparound balcony. I noticed the rewards are all gone now. I also see  NCL is offering rewards. The one I want to snag is $750 off yesterday I could’ve gotten a $500 off but I’m hoping to get a $750 one!  They do seem to renew them.

In one of my MSC emails that I received about doing a mock booking had a request call option.  I tried that last night and someone called me this morning.  I booked my cruise.  They sent me a link to send a screenshot of my reward.  After they receive that, they will apply it to my cruise rate. I did have to pay $597 deposit for three people.  Will update when I see my 30% off shows up.
