Silly question but what is The Meeting Place on the Millenium

I am curious what kind of room is The Meeting Place on the Millenium.

It's a conference room/s. We waited there once when disembarking either for a Celebrity transfer or a cruise tour in Alaska.

It actually starts at the two desks in the entrance to the hallway leading back toward the Tuscan Grill,  often used by travel agents.  Follow the hallway (not the one with the new staterooms) and there are two meeting rooms with a connecting door between.
