I will need a taxi from Hamburg port to my hotel and I understand it's best to order one ahead. Do you think the YC concierge could do that? I don't even know what time I would ask them to be there.

Yes they can.  It will likely be a private car service. Unlikely that they will book a taxi. Our van from Kiel back to Hamburg was even charged to the onboard account. Very convenient. It will cost more than standing in the port taxi line though.

Yes, the YC Concierge is your 'go to' person on board. You don't need to rush off early, as they allow you to stay on for a few extra hours if you wish. You should have a check-in time for the hotel, so no need to arrive any earlier than that and have to wait around.
