Hi Simon, we have just this last week come off the Iona and never had bad service for the 12 days when on her. Through to all the drinking outlets and MDRs all were well served in a timely manner. I like you went on the P&O pages..but was pleasantly surprised on our experience.

Yes, all Jacuzzis were operational, only pic I had was 1 be cleaned. But they were being used. there was nigh on 5k passengers on, but didn't seem full. have you been on before?

Yes, we went on maiden voyage to Iona. Quite chaotic on the catering side - we frequently had to queue to get an electronic queuing device and then effectively queue again. On line booking did not seem to work well, so hope all improved by now …
