disneyochem Posted November 30, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 30, 2022 Hello, I'm on hold with Princess but I'd thought I'd check in here to see if anyone else has experienced this. I went on line this morning to check on my January 2023 Mexican Riviera Cruise. I booked it with a casino rate last January for four people in a cabin. My original travel documents as well as the confirmation I received from Princess after the cruise was paid in full showed that all four people in the cabin had the Princess Plus package. When we paid in full, we had paid for FOUR Princess packages! This morning, my travel summary only shows that the first two people in the cabin has the Princess Plus package! Not sure what happened--booked it with a CVP who assured us we all had the drink packages (important on a girls cruise!). I have been unable to reach the CVP (of course) and am not able to access the information on my cruise personalizer. So, on hold. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rare Shelly97060 Posted November 30, 2022 #2 Share Posted November 30, 2022 Princess changed the default on Plus bookings with more than 2 people so that only the first 2 get Princess Plus automatically. If you want everyone in the cabin to have it then there is a code that needs added. It sounds like there may be a computer glitch and the code dropped off, or for some reason it isn’t showing on the Travel Summary. fortunately you have your original booking showing you all have it. Your CVP ( or the Princess Rep) can pull up the OnBoard Services for this booking and see if you all still have it and it somehow dropped from your travel summary but is still there ( hopefully) you can also go into Personalizer where you would add a drink package and scroll to bottom of the page and it will show who already has drink packages- that’s one way to check. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The person checked for me--there were three other cruises where the Princess Plus Packaged dropped off my cruise personalizer even though they have been paid for...... Finally got an agent, Earl, who told me there was no record of my purchase of premier. 2. Printed booking confirmations from 9/7 and 11/27. 3. Called Princess at 4:00. elected for a call back. Never got one. 4. called and got through to Cooper who told me that adding Premier would change my fare to almost double what I paid. Told me that if I didn’t like it I could call back tomorrow. I am NOT a happy cruiser. He didn’t even say sorry. He said Thank you for cruising Princess……ugh. Why answer the phones if you can’t do anything. If a mini suite is booked under Princess Plus for 3 people (all adults) does the final price include Princess Plus for all 3 or so I need to pay for the third person?
