After reading several LIVE topics, it is sort of true, this statement. "Heavy pours" will happen!
A cash tip of one dollar gets you good service in addition, remembering the name of your bar tender will get you GREAT service!

Or take the cash you would have spent on cheers and buy OBC (you can cash out in Casino on the last day). Or save the cash bring it with you on the cruise. Pay some cash on your account each day or just pay off your bill in full on the last day, No financial worry and nothing lost,
