We want to pre-book thermal suite passes for our next cruise. What if we change our minds and decide to cancel passes later, will we get a refund?

As long as you cancel prior to boarding (and it might have to be 3 days prior...I think I read that somewhere) you will get a refund via payment method.  If you board the ship, do the spa tour upon embarkation and decide it isn't for you, you can cancel for OBC.

Watch the timing on how you do this - if you can cancel pre-boarding, that's probably better.  DH and I had a few too many cocktails, and signed up for Thermal Suite passes for the week, on our last cruise.  The next morning, we realized we'd never use them, and tried to cancel.  We were able to cancel and got a credit to our account after a few days, but we forfeited the first day (thank God it was only 1) because they couldn't "prove" that we hadn't used them.
