Allure Vitality Cafe hours

I am an early riser and like to get my juice on. Can anyone tell me what time Vitality Cafe opens on the Allure? I will be on the January 6-10 sailing.

The opening hours of most venues, including the Cafe are listed in the app (set it to the current sailing): Dining>Coffee & Snack tab. Assume your sailing's hours will be similar.

I just went to get some vitamin water and open early but today is a port day. 

 

Went yesterday afternoon and no one was there manning the counter though the guy told me I must have been in the wrong place. .. not. So I asked for 2 today. Long walk. I'm the last boardwalk cabin and it's far forward deck 6. This morning he was busy making smoothies. I also tried a granola bar.
