Any Easy Way To Tell Which Cabins Have Bed By Balcony On Seaside Class?

Planning on trying MSC for the first time next year on a TA on the Seaside. On a balcony cabin, I prefer the bed by the balcony. Is there any easy way to tell which ones have that. I am booked in 12173 currently. There is "B" on the plan, which I believe signifies a bathtub (though I may be wrong).

I have looked at some cabin pictures at the usual sites on-line and can not really make heads nor tails of which ones are set up that way. I have been on the Norwegian Epic where it is easy to tell based on the curve placement in the cabin. I just can't seem to find anything with MSC deck plans that makes this known.

Thanks.

I wonder if that B designation would be on the new Seascape too.  That cabin # doesn't show as a B on the Seascape.  I have an upcoming cruise with a 3 year old and he loves to play in the bath

The cabins with tubs are only for two.  EM

Yes, there is a way to get a pretty good idea:
https://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/deckplans/deckbydeck.php?ship=MSC-Seaside&deck=12

The cabins with videos or picture have a little icon. Even if there is no image of 12173 you can work it out from similar cabins like 12140. Also you can check the other Sea... class ships as well (the above link is for the Seaside).
As far as I can see the bed is by the balcony.

I hope it helps.

Thanks. Yes, I have checked those and agree that there are not a lot of them. It doesn't seem like there is any pattern to which cabins have it and which don't. I wish there was an easier way to tell. I booked it thinking that it was, based on the little info that I found, so I think that I'm good.

Hello, bumping this post up as I have the same question. As of December when we were sailing, the site provided above does not actually have pictures that will show you with accuracy for the Seascape.

We will be on the Seascape and definitely want our balcony cabin to have a bed by the balcony. This is easy to figure out on Royal ships. Anyone know how to figure it out for the Seascape?

Hello all, bumping this question up again. I have been watching  YouTube videos and have seen a few videos of balcony cabins. We will be on the Seascape. I'm looking for a deluxe balcony on Deck 11 or 12 that has the bed by te balcony AND is on the bump out near the center toward the back so that we have a better view down to the ocean versus looking down at the deck with chairs and people on Deck 8. A lot of the lower balcony cabins on 9 and 10 near the front and back have a down view looking down on people on Deck 8 versus looking down at the ocean. I'm so appreciative of people that post cabin tours and label their cabin numbers in the video. It's even better when they walk out on the balcony and show you the view down from the balcony versus just showing the balcony chairs. Views differ at different locations for sure.

Anyone know how to tell from the deck plan if the bed or sofa is by the balcony door?  You can't rely on the videos on that site people post on here often because it's not updated yet. YouTube has been my best true source so far.

Thanks

We were on Seascape in March.  None of the balcony cabins look down at the ocean.  You will always see the deck below when you look down.  When I walked around the ship, I peeked into rooms being made by the stewards and found that they pretty much alternate, but not consistently.  The following had the bed by the balcony:

Hope this helps some.
