Specialty dining is it really sold out?

I thought I saw this asked but can't find it when I search.  I tried to book Le Petite Chef dinner on the Millenium for our cruise at the end of Feb but I get told it's sold out/unavailable for every night.  Is this really true or will I be able to book something right away when we board?

Thanks for any tips or info you have!

With full staffing they don’t pre sell all available reservations and there are some available for booking on board.
I haven’t been on the Millenium recently but the 4 cruises we have been on this year have all had shortages of crew.  That has caused them to limit reservations to match the available crew.  This month we were on the Solstice and Murano was only able to book to 50% of their normal reservations. I would suggest you try and book as soon as you board.
