Staysure Insurance about to end. Should I renew or move ?

Hello,  I have had a Staysure Travel Insurance (UK) with Cruise Cover. 

Policy Type

Annual Multi Trip Comprehensive

Destinations Covered

Europe: Including Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Malta, Morocco, Spain, Turkey & Tunisia

Pre-existing Medical Conditions

Declared for 2 people

Paid £344.56  Renew price is £373.47

I have looked at another product that includes Cruise as standard ( LV insurance ) a lot cheaper.

After my last cruise I asked other members of the cruise Facebook group if anyone had claimed from Staysure and had issues. There were some and one chap who had to cancel due to Covid ( had cover ) and had been waiting weeks for a response. 

Not sure if you can recommend companies but appreciate your thoughts on who I should consider if not Staysure.

Unfortunately, I don't anything about Travel Insurance plans in the UK.
