Princess insurance Covid Isolation FCC’s

I have seen so many variables.  So many contradictory statements.  
 

We were told, you don’t have to do anything, you’ll automatically get your FCC’s in your account.  From an officer at GS while OB.

 

You need to contact Princess to get the FCC’s.  Who?  

 

You need to file with the insurance company.  Who?  Aon?  There is a link to apply for FCC’s, Medical? Trip Interruption?  
 

No flights, or medical charges involved.  ONLY isolation OB due to covid. 

 

We have Princess Platinum Protection Plan.

 

It really should be more clear cut.  Really need help to know the right action to take.  TIA
