Barcelona port to airport

What is a reasonable time to catch a flight from Barcelona to another EU city (not a transatlantic flight) for a US citizen.  This would be same day after disembarking a Transatlantic cruise.   Trying to get into our next destination without losing an entire day and evening of travel, but don’t want to cut it so close that we miss a flight.   Reading about long delays at the airport, but is that just for transatlantic out of the EU type of

flight, or even within EU flights.  Been a

few years since our last local flight out of

Barcelona and I can’t recall how it worked.

I think long delays are no longer so prevalent as they were. And your final destination would have had no bearing on the delay.

Personally I would be comfortable with a flight leaving anytime after 11am, but would self disembark as early as possible,  to build in some leeway.
