You might need to pay a small deposit, depending on how large the group.  Pre pandemic we had a meet & greet planned for about 75 people, so I called special services to reserve a space for us.  I was told we needed to pay $100 for set up of a space & it would include coffee, tea & pastries.  Even though I didn't need those things, I still had to pay for the minimal set up.  They also had more expensive, more elaborate set ups & charged per person.  This may have changed after the restart, so call guest services to find out your options.  You will probably need a lead contact person or coordinator.

As it turned out for us, Covid canceled our cruise & any $/deposit I had paid was refunded.
