How does this work? Non Refundable, Harmony, NOT paid yet, switching from ocean balcony to interior room.

Hi, so we have several ocean view balcony rooms on Harmony.  Final payment is due mid February.  Thinking of switching some of the people to interior rooms to save money.  Is it as simple as calling and switching from balcony to interior??  It will be a lot cheaper, correct?  Will there be penalties or anything?

Yes. 
Maybe, depends on what you booked at vs current price for an inside.
