Fun Craps Roll

Ā

Thanks so much for answering my questions, it sounds like a lot of fun, craps is more fun to me with more people cheering and having a ball.Ā  Plus, I think more people would play if they learned how.Ā  It's intimidating to a lot of people to look at the table and not understand.Ā  I've read your descriptions of this, just trying to work out the logistics in my mind.Ā  How do you generally place your bets with each person only putting in $15 (assume $5 table, 2x odds or 3-4-5) ?Ā  I saw what things you bet (smart!).Ā  Just trying to figure out how there's enough funds for each person to be able to roll and placing all those bets.Ā  How long is each person allowed to roll ?Ā  Does each person get to roll all the way through from new shooter/come out to 'the number which shall not be named' ?Ā  Then do you have to wait for the dice to come all the way back around the table before someone in the group can roll again ?

Angela this is how it works .I set the meeting place at the Casimo Bar for all the people on the list .I set the Meeting time at 9:30PMĀ  .I collect $15 from each player that signed upĀ  Ā  on the Roll CallĀ  Ā .Then we all go over to the Crap TableĀ  . I use the collective money to buy the chips & I give the dealer my sign & sail cardĀ  die Casino Credit . I make all the bets .Each person gets a chance to roll the dice . Only on the first roll I place a $5 chipĀ  on the pass line .If the person rolls a 7 or 11 on the first roll it is a natural WIN . If the person rolls a paor of dice with one on each die or a one & a two on each die or 12 & 12 on each die we loose the $5 because that is called CrapsĀ  .now if a person rolls a 4 or 5 or 6 or 8 or 9 or 10Ā  those are all the back line numbersĀ  .The dealer will place a white round discĀ  Ā on the number rolled . The person rolling must make that number before rolling a 7Ā  Ā .rolling a 7 we looseĀ

Ā Now here are the odds forĀ  eachĀ  back line number the 4Ā  & 10 are 2 to 1 againstĀ  the roller .The 5 & 9 are 9 to 5Ā  odds against the roller & the 6& 8 areĀ  Ā 9to 8 against the roller .Ā  Betting each back line numberĀ  you get true odds pay back if the numbers are rolled before that 7 comes outĀ  Ā .Best bets obviously are the 6 & 8 then the 5 & 9 .Now id we get a lucky roller that can hold the dice (not throwing a 7)Ā  we can make a lot of money .I would even press the 6 & 8Ā  at least once meaning I tell the dealer toĀ  press it (means leave all the money there ) .I the numbersĀ  are made again I then take down the bet

Ā

Ā The mist important thing to know is money management on the dice table because that ugly seven/7 does come upĀ  Ā .so betting is one thing & managing is another skillĀ  .

Ā

Ā Best to get a book on Craps & read it thoroughly so you understand the skills .also in Las Vegas I can stack 20Ā  $5 chips behind my $5 line bet ,That is calledĀ  20 times odds .On cruise ships they only allow 2 chipsĀ  behind the lineĀ

Ā

Ā Craps is a FUN & interesting Action Game but please read up before going to the craps table with real moneyĀ

Oh, I'm already a craps player.Ā  And I've hosted slot pulls before.Ā  : )
I was just wondering the logistics on the questions I asked above.

For example, you said each person gets a chance to roll the dice ...Ā does each person only get to roll the dice literally one time (at least) ?Ā Ā Or does each person roll thru a full come out roll to 7-out ?Ā  Or ... some other rotation ?Ā  If they're each doing a full set of rolls, thenĀ do you have to wait for the dice to come all the way back around the table before the next person in the group can roll ?

Sounds like you just bet how you would normally play while they do the rolling, right ?Ā  So the $15 buy-in for each person can cover any variety of bets .... you're not necessarily betting $5 passline, plus odds, plus placing 6 and 8, 5 and 9, (and buying 4 and 10?) while each person is playing a full roll.Ā  I was trying to figure out how you made $15 for each person to go so far.Ā  haha !

Another two questions if you don't mind ... how many people do you think is the most to stay under and keep it manageable ?Ā  And how long do you do your session with the Fun Craps Roll group ?

THANK YOU so much for taking the time and sharing your ideas with me.Ā  Ā :classic_biggrin:

I limit the number of players to 20Ā  . Usually there are not many people on the dice table but there can be . I make the bets & they roll until they toll craps or the 7Ā  .Ā  By managing the cash we usually come out wining . Same with the Slots .I only now play the $5 per pull clotsĀ  because the pay offs are better especially in the night time like 9 to 10 pmĀ  .The Fin Slot Pills can have as many as you want but keep their names on a list of paper because what if there is a big jackpot . You know there are taxes on over a $1200 win on any slot & you so nor want others coming in after the fact

Great, we'll be under 20 so it should be good.Ā  Thanks so much for the clarification on things.Ā  I really appreciate you.Ā  I'll let you know how it goes.

Yep, agree on $5 slots ($20 buy in).Ā  Best way to do it in my opinion too.Ā  Biggest slot pull I've done was about 75 people.Ā  TOO big !!Ā  I have a 50 person limit now.Ā  Although that one has a super fun story ... everyone had voted to keep spinning so everyone had gotten at least 2 rounds of pull.Ā  We got down to $500 and someone suggested we go put it all on red on roulette.Ā  After getting special permission to place that bet, we spun and got Red !Ā  The crowd went wild.Ā  Then we placed a 2nd $500 bet on Red and won again !!!Ā  We ended up basically breaking even, everyone won like a couple few dollars and got their buy in back.
