Future Cruise Credit

Hello. I am from Canada. When I had to cancel my cruise last year we were sent an email for a future cruise credit for my husband and I from RCL to be used within 1 year of original sail date.

 

When I tried to use it today it says they cannot access it. Our original sail date was Sept 2, 2022. The credit is in Canadian dollars. I am trying to book a last minute cruise from Bridgetown Barbados as we are here now.

 

Any ideas other than calling them from here which may cost me a small fortune?

No, I think you may have to call.  Other than going to the ship when it is in port?

You have to call to redeem FCC on a last minute booking.

Surprised your phone isn't using voice over internet.  Then you just need a hotspot to make a call.
