Health Questionniare

We are due to be on the Iona next weekend.  This is the first time we have ever sailed with P&O.

 

I am sure beginning of December I saw, when signed in, that the health questionnaire needs to be completed within 3 days of sailing.  I can now no longer find any mention of this.  Does anyone know where they have moved this to or if this is no longer completed online but at the port?

 

All other post Covid cruises we have done the health questionnaire was simple and easy to find/complete.
