Applying a FCC to a fully paid booking?

I've tried searching CC and googling and can't find the answer.

 

I've received a FCC (from covid isolation onboard)

 

I didn't receive in time before having to make final payment on our upcoming April cruise.

 

Is there a way to apply it to the reservation after having paid it off in full and getting a refund to the credit card or is that not possible?

 

This is an Australian (AUD) website booking if that matters but wondering what the rules are in US also.

You will need to call RCI's Australian offices.  In the past I was able to do something similar for a client under North American rules, but that was with a cancellation FCC.

I recently booked a new cruise and was able to use it, but it says on my letter from Royal that FCC CAN NOT be used after final payment as been made.  The other point to note is that I got back @ 125% and was only able to use the 100% on the deposit and the other 25% went towards the actual cruise fare.  They have all kind of rules of how you can use it.....
