Carnival and 'Happy Hour sales"

Does Carnival have Happy Hour sales the way Royal Caribbean does? I saw some really good rates last night on Orbitz for Celebration's 3/25 sailing (Spring break) but the Carnival website shows the same rates every day. I don't know if Orbitz has bought a block of rooms and is now selling them off or if there are hidden charges you don't see until you book. The rooms they show as available are on different decks to the ones listed on Carnival site.

Any advice re finding a last minute deal would be appreciated. :)
