Rare KKB Posted January 28, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 28, 2023 Tried to check in Thursday for March cruise. Error message, several times. Deleted app, got it again, tried again, no luck, Tried again yesterday, same message. Tried again today, prompts me to log in (even tho it shows me my reservation when I open it)--error message logging in. OK, tried AGAIN...same as last 2 days. Tips, anyone??!! "Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with the service. Try again later" I did manage to get my last items checked off using the web version of the app & got me from blue lane to green lane.
