Prior to our Thanksgiving cruise we had to answer about 10 or 14 questions 1 day before cruise and needed to attach vaccination forms and have a test. (except for the very first cruise with Celebrity when test was not required in July 2021) 2. For Thanksgiving cruise we did not need a test or attach vaccination card, but had to answer 3 Q 45 days before Vaccination Booster 24 weeks of pregnancy 3. For our cruise on Jan 2 we had to answer Vaccination Booster 24 weeks of pregnancy + overall question about health 1 day prior to cruise.

Even if the cruiselines aren't requiring vaccinations, people still need to be aware of the requirements for the ports on their itinerary because they could be stricter than the cruise line's. It is a common rule. For Columbia Turks & C (Royal does not stop there) passengers get instructions from RCI RCI warns about all exceptions. I remember in the beginning kids under 12 (unvaccinated) could only leave the ship with excursions, but this was in September of 2021(?) In some ports (not anymore) we had temperature taken and mandatory masks. I think that was Antigua especially, but if I remember correctly St Lucia too. Recently we have not noticed ANY rules in any ports This image is from Antigua Jan 2022
