Hotels in Le Harve

We are taking a cruise out of Le Har next April. We are looking for a hotel for the night before after we take the train from CDG. We are skipping Paris as it will not be worth the half day. We would like somewhere near restaurants and a Carrefour for last minute shopping . Any ideas and language is not an issue for me. Thanks
