Travel Supplier means Princess Cruises and/or Princess Tours Based upon the language in the contract it would seem that it is, if the transportation was arranged by Princess. latebloomer56 Posted February 7, 2023 #6 Share Posted February 7, 2023 EZ air was part of our insurance claim last spring. My husband filed a claim when we had to cancel. I was in the hospital so he handled everything. We receive all money back except the cost of the insurance. They said the claim was for the total cost of the trip, that was the cruise, transfers, air and hotel. Very easy to deal with, and if my husband found it easy trust me it was.
