Elite Minibar Coffee Card Exchange Transfer??

Hi, we have a non-elite person as a 3rd person in our cabin.  Is it possible to give one (or assigned one) of our exchanged coffee cards to the 3rd non-elite person (platinum) in our cabin?  Thanks for any clarifications.

I want to say yes, it's possible since there nothing from you getting the coffee to give to that person...... but you never know.

I've always keep it for myself.

If I am able to give or assign it to the other person's medallion, then I will not have "to tether" to the other when he wants coffee.  How, when, who, and where do you do the minibar exchange for coffee cards?

Call room service and inform them of your desire to swap your minibar for the coffee package. You then tell them which medallions you would like the packages loaded onto.

 

My experience has been, they will tell you they will charge your account for the coffee package, so that it can be ‘loaded’, but you will see that evening or by the next day, a credit back to your account. They will send someone to pick up your minibar.

latest postings are now saying the room steward does the exchange.    Not sure how but you might want to ask when you get on board.  Might be quicker then calling on the phone.

-we were just on the Sky and room service took care of coming and getting our mini bar setup. I had to call them to change the mini bar to coffee cards.
