Nit Pick... Bourbon is whiskey. Scotch is whisky. Rye is whiskey. Irish whiskey is whiskey. Canadian whisky is whisky. They are all different "types" of Whiskey or Whisky depending on the regional spelling. (The song American Pie always annoyed me with the lyric, "good old boys were drinking Whiskey and Rye" since Rye is a type of whiskey.)

 

As for your content: Yes! It is a vacation and if the juice bar offers things that sound like good mixers there is zero reason not to go for it. I may well experiment in this manner myself. I certainly don't balk at adding a shot of Jameson (Irish Whiskey) to my Vanilla Bean Latte some mornings. 😍
