"Refer to Friend"-program?

Does Princess Cruises still have "Refer to Friend" which offers 25USD OBC for you and your friend once he/she will cruise with Princess?

Go to the Princess site. Click on Cruise Deals in the upper right corner

 

 

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. On the left side you will find the link

Not sure why as I am not great on computers but on my desktop ( yes, I still use one) I use Edge as a browser and it does not show in the column. However on my 79.00 kindle which uses Silk, it's there!

Refer-A-Friend feature no longer works. I have been trying for days. My bf tried to sign up from the link I sent but Princess website keeps telling him that he is not eligiable for the offer. He has never booked or cruised with Princess before. I even called Princess to confirm that his name is not in their system. Not sure why he is not eligiable. My best guess is that Princess has canceled this program but hasn't updated their website. 

 

Has anyone successfully refer someone lately?
