That sailing is a new type event - a Latitudes Cruise with special speakers and events of some kind.  If I remember correctly 🤣 it is for upper level latitude members.  Thus, the reason for its specificity.

Well that is interesting. Had I known, I might have been more intrigued than just the generous offer of a 10% discount. Alas, I am now committed to the Epic sailing on 4/14 and will feel less special.

Just wanted to thank everyone in this thread - I clicked out of idle curiosity to learn more even though I have no Alaska plans.  I didn't even know where the coupons were located on the NCL account page until now!  I saw the posts about the 20% Europe coupon and, lo and behold, I actually had it, and it applies to the sailing we were planning to book in October!  Very thankful for all of the knowledgeable people on this site - that's a big savings on an 11 night cruise.

anyone else having this problem?  I have the email and I keep trying to look but I can not for the life of me find the coupons on my account? but yet, they keep sending me email reminds about the coupons- Ive looked under " my account" and Ive also tried mock booking to get to payment- is there something I am missing?

Call NCL directly.  They should be able to apply it  for you.  They’ve had a lot of issues with this promo as it was limited in application.
