Thank you @Radio for the amazing ride along.
We board on Sunday, so I have a few questions if you don't mind.

1. In most videos/photos I have seen, the infinity pool never looks busy.
Did it seem busy to you? This is where we plan to be the most.

2. This is our first MSC cruise, so we are used to the casinos on CCL and RCCL.
How would you say this casino compares? It seems small. We like slots.

3. Lastly, I have heard breakfast is a little chaotic with buffet, one dining room and room service trying to feed 5000+ people. What did you find to be the most effective way of eating breakfast?

Thanks again and in advance for the answers.

Thank you for the nice comments.

1. Infinity pool is the busiest when it is bright and sunny out. So if you're traveling east, the infinity pool will be busier in the afternoon...when the sun is aft.

2. The casino area on  deck 7 is big, however it seems to have much less slots and table games than other ships of similar size.

3. Best way to eat breakfast in the buffet is to dine early. Continental breakfast on Deck 16 begins at 6:00 a.m.. Full breakfast on Deck 16. Begin at 6:30. I was usually at breakfast at around 7. :00 a.m.. there was never a line. There were always plenty of tables and the dining choices were always plentiful and hot. On some days I went there for coffee only at around 9:00 a.m. and the buffet was a madhouse. There were lines for dining. Most of the tables were full. Passengers were looking for tables or giving up and going outside

So the answer is very simple.Dine early, dine early, and dine early.

The Miami/Miami Beach taxi system has changed over from their previous zoned approach (where I agree the fares were very reasonable) to a traditional metered system... so expect all taxi fares from the airport and between destinations to cost about twice what they used to

Our Uber ride Sunday morning from cruise port to MIA was $25.96 plus of course we tipped, driver picked us up within three minutes, was seamless. When we arrived at MIA we asked a cab driver the flat rate to the Port and he said trips are now metered. Used Uber at that time also.

That is great information. Thank you very much.

I took a leisurely stroll over to Publix via the skywalk through the Hilton Hotel and across the street to Biscayne Blvd. For a few snacks and a newspaper.

I am here for one more night. My flight back to Philadelphia is tomorrow afternoon.

I will have time to make time lapse of the sail away of the seven ships in Port Miami today.

Radio

I am enjoying the Marriott Miami Biscayne Bay

.I am planning on using the Marriott in September so interested in your comments.  Did they give {charge you a fee} like resort fee that included $30 food credit and two tickets for the Big Bus?  Is the big bus stop in the marketplace?  All your info helps.

Debarkation, Sunday March 12, 2023. Debarkation went very smooth Sunday morning. Well, kind of . . . The short walk from the ship to the passenger terminal was very smooth. I was able to get a Porter very quickly!. The facial recognition process with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection went super fast.

When I left the Passenger Terminal (C), things came to a halt. Outside of the passenger terminal, there was a madhouse of passengers trying to get shuttles, buses, taxis, Uber and Lyft rides.

I asked the porter if he thought a taxi might be better than an Uber ride to my hotel. He pointed to the taxi line, and there may have been over 100 passengers in line. I decided to go to the Lyft - Uber pick up location in front of the Terminal C garage. It took about 20 minutes for our driver to arrive. It seems that between 9am and 11am are the busiest times for them at Port Miami.  I left the ship at about 10am, but maybe I should have waited until 10:30 ish to walk off the ship.

The driver however, was very nice and gave me his card. I will be calling directly today for a ride to the Airport.

Here are a few pics. Thanks for tuning in.

Thank you for your review, it is appreciated as we will be first timers trying MSC.  I noticed that the menu you posted had 'featured options' at an additional price.  Is this something that is on the menu daily?  Is it always the same, or do the selections vary?  TIA!

I believe that the featured options do not change. However, I will post all of the menus by Wednesday this week. I have a lot of menus for restaurants, specialty dining, and bars.

I did see all the dinner menus on another site, for the Seascape. Every night did show the same "featured options", Meat by Linz and Broiled Cold Water Lobster Tail. I hope this helps.

Thanks again for your great review with all the pictures and video. I felt a little sad watching the video of you walking off the ship. I know how that feels.

Safe travels home!

Thank you for the nice comments, jules815.  I will be posting many more pics over the next several days.
