P&O Azura - Tenerife to Malta

Hi, 

 

I have my flights booked with Jet2 out to Tenerife which looks to be a charter from Gatwick, but I'm just wondering what's the process when we land in Tenerife? 

 

 

Do I need to collect my bags? I've seen some people say yes and some say no and on P&O it says for Med fly-cruisess you have to, but Tenerife isn't in the Med. 

 

Also is it clear where to go to get the group transfer to the port? 

 

Any info would be appreciated 🙂

We flew into Tenerife on a TUI flight. The procedure was to go to the baggage hall, get your bags, go through customs and get in the queue for coaches. At the port they were taken from the coach and to your cabin by P&O. I think it was the same for the jet2 flights.

Yes, you will need to collect your bags and then give them to the transfer coach driver. They will then miraculously appear in your cabin. 

 

My buddy is also doing Tenerife to Malta. Nice itinerary.

A group is set up in roll call. If this is the same cruise you are doing.
