chocolate melting cake Posted March 3, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 3, 2023 I haven't heard or read any reviews of Carnival's flight program. I had read a while ago that Carnival now has a department to book your flights and hotels. We just signed for a cruise from England and our PVP asked if we'd like Carnival to handle the flights. I stalled, saying I'd think it over. Does anyone have any advice, based on knowledge of this service? We've always booked our flights ourselves----is there an advantage to having Carnival be responsible for this? Would we have any say in choosing (example, we'd only want nonstop or 1 stop flights)? Thanks for any hints.
Rare TravelE Posted March 3, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 3, 2023 I am using Fly2Fun for the first time for our May Transatlantic cruise on the Venezia. Fly2Fun offered the best one-way fair to Barcelona as flights to Europe are very expensive right now. I can log into the Iberia website and see my booking and change seats if needed. I was able to book the flight myself from the Cruise Manager page. It is one of the drop-down categories. It depends on the airline if you can choose seats at the time of booking or if that has to be done later. Check prices for self-booking your air and then call your PVP to see what Fly2Fun has to offer.
Schoifmom Posted March 3, 2023 #3 Share Posted March 3, 2023 I have used Fly2Fun domestically with no issues. You get to select your own flights (which makes it much superior to some other cruise line's programs). There is no hotel program with Carnival, though.
