Wow! That really stinks. Sounds like a name mixup on their part. Since you knew you were not sailing, could you have cancelled the bus? Did the other people traveling on the bus with you still go on the sailing? Hopefully they are sharing part of the bus cost.

I was on this cruise with Saint Greg. I would love to book another transatlantic. Such a fantastic experience. I did read his NYC review about the Statue of Liberty crown tickets. That was very helpful for planning and making sure the climb was doable!

I love it! You have it all planned out. I was thinking Horseshoe Beach and Sunset Cruise for our first day. Maybe checkout the Boatyard for evening activities. It depends what happens on the Sunset Cruise! Second day will be similar to yours with the ferry/bus to Crystal Caves and Blue Hole. Hopefully we can check out Hamilton before taking the ferry back to the ship. Third day should be exploring the Dockyard. We can definitely meet you all for that drink! We are sailing from New York. I have already booked our Statue of Liberty crown tickets and plan on visiting the 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street and ???. Looking forward to meeting you.

Well, we booked it. I am excited for those 3 days in Bermuda plus sailing with you @Jamman54! Maybe I will get to meet @ninjacat123 too when we are docked in Bermuda. I am working on booking excursions for Bermuda. Any suggestions?

You have to nag Fly2Fun to actually "ticket" your trip. I was able to have Carnival Customer Car connect me toa Fly2Fun agent who did it over the phone once I told her that I wanted to upgrade and not having the actual "ticket" was holding up that process.

What a wonderful review. The joy that you and Patti have for life is contagious! I have been eyeing that 7 night Bermuda cruise on the Venezia. My last Bermuda cruise was rerouted to the Caribbean due to a hurricane. I might have to join you and Patti!

I experienced an issue with employee fraud after sailing on the Carnival Venezia last year. My credit card on file was used to pay for another guest's Sail & Sign account for a cruise that occurred 2 weeks after I disembarked. It was an ordeal to work with Carnival Guest Care and my credit card company to try to fix it. I finally sent a very detailed Executive email listing exactly what happened and the supporting documentation. It got handled within 24 hours. The messaging feature is disabled and I don't want to post email addresses here. Let me know if there is a way to get it to you.

Did you get the antibiotic drops for your son? Can you ask for an extra for you? I think contact are a no-go with conjunctivitis (viral or bacterial). I am sure the stress of this is not helping your immune system!
