We just got off a back to back on Ruby 2/19-3/6.  We were fine but we don't eat at the buffet.  We did not see anyone get sick but we saw people with their suitcase on the way to isolation.  The only difference was..we were asked to use out cabin bathrooms with I do anyway and to use sanitizer everywhere.  They spooned your food onto your plate instead of self service.

If everyone would wash their filthy hands regularly and after using the restroom things like this would decrease exponentially. I am always shaking my head anywhere I go, but especially on cruises, at how many people walk right out of the restroom without washing their hands.
