Luggage Storage After Disembarking in San Juan??

Hi Cruisers - We are booked on the Millennium for a 7 day cruise 3/18 thru 3/25. Our flight doesn't leave San Juan until 6:30pm on 3/25/23. Any suggestions on what or where to store our luggage between disembarking and pre-flight check-in on Southwest?  We'll have 7-8 hours between the cruise port and the airport. Thanks...

Book a tour so you and your luggage stay together. You'll have plenty of time.

You can leave it at Barrachina restaurant in Old San Juan.  Check out their website.  You can leave it there for the day and then wander around OSJ, check out the forts, etc.  I haven't used it but many people recommend it and I see from the website that they still offer that service.

Policy in San Juan is that you can't check luggage until 4 hours preflight so you might as well do something else before going to the airport.  Lots of new restaurants there pre-security now and much better seating than a few years ago but still not fun hanging out until your checkin opens.  Also remember to scan your luggage at the agricultural inspection station before trying to check in.

Thanks for all the ideas everybody. We decided that for $56 total, a transfer to Old San Juan from the cruise port, stow our luggage while we stroll around for 4 hours, and then a ride to the airport was very reasonable. So we booked it thru Celebrity. We also booked our parking at Tampa International today.  All set except for the packing...super excited!! 🤩 Thanks again Cruisers!
