Hair appliance?

Does Windstar allow use of hair curler?  I would only need it plugged in for about 30 seconds, but guess that doesn't matter if it's not allowed at all.

Max wattage on the Surf was 400W.  If the appliance is over that, it will trip the breaker.  I think, a regular hair dryer is 1,500W, so they provide one in the room that doesn't exceed that limit.  My wife did bring a travel sized hair straightener and there was no issue.
