Hair appliance?

Max wattage on the Surf was 400W.  If the appliance is over that, it will trip the breaker.  I think, a regular hair dryer is 1,500W, so they provide one in the room that doesn't exceed that limit.  My wife did bring a travel sized hair straightener and there was no issue.
