Club Royale Status Reset

Recommended Posts

The past year has been my first time utilizing Club Royale offers (I didn't know about them before) and I see on the website that: "Tier Credits are earned from April 1 to March 31 the following year and determine your Club Royale tier status. Tier Credits reset to zero at each annual tier renewal on April 1st."

Does this mean that someone who achieves Prime from April 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023 will reset to zero points at the beginning of the new cycle and no longer receive offers based on their level of play, or just that they won't get free drinks until they hit Prime again during the new cycle? In my amateur understanding of this, it seems that the incentive for achieving Prime diminishes the closer you get to the reset date.

Thanks for any insight! We enjoyed several great cruises over the past year and hope to continue receiving offers.

It means your points reset to zero,  but you will still be Prime until 3/31/2024.

Thank you! So someone who earns Prime this cycle would still have the free drinks benefit for the whole coming year? That would make a lot more sense.

Correct.  You need to reach prime status again  from the period 4/1/23-3/31/24 in order to maintain prime status for the casino  year starting 4/1/24.

Well dang, I really miscalculated things and should have asked you all before my last cruise! I stopped just shy of earning Prime because I didn't have another cruise before the reset and didn't think it would matter after this month. Live and learn! 😅🎰
